Richard Massey Construction is a small, high-quality, custom home-building company. We’ve been building quality homes in the Salem area for over 40 years. In order to better serve our clients, we've intentionally remained small. In doing so, we insure a personal touch and maintain high quality control. This allows for lower overhead costs which benefits our clients.
Most of our homes range between 375K and 850K. The homes we build include a variety of sizes and styles from Contemporary to Victorian. We design and build homes of all types and styles. Whether your new home is 1,500 or 15,000 square feet, we are qualified to meet your custom home building needs.
